A restored double stone circle of granite blocks. Both circles have a diameter of 33m.
OS Map Ref: SX638832
Access: From Fernworthy circle continue along the forest track to the edge of Fernworthy forest, crest the brough and you can see the circles half a mile south.

Restored in the year 1909 these circles lie in a N-S line and consist of regularly sized and shaped granite blocks (1.2m to 1.4m high).

5m separate the circles. The equality of diameters (33m) could be an artifact of restoration, as estimates made prior to restoration gave diameters of up to 36m for the south circle.
